The operation principle of the air-box pulse bag-type dust collector: as the filtering operation continues, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, the operating resistance of the dust collector increases, the change valve of a filter unit is closed, the filter unit stops working, the back-blowing compressed air reversely enters the filter unit, blows off the dust on the surface of the filter bag, and then the change valve plate opens, the filter unit operates again, and the ash removal turns to the next filter unit. The whole ash removal process is carried out by replacing each filter unit in turn.
