1、 Scope of application
Forced circulation evaporator is suitable for evaporation and concentration of chemical, food, pharmaceutical, environmental protection engineering, waste liquid evaporation and recovery industries with scaling, crystallinity, heat sensitivity (low temperature), high concentration, high viscosity and insoluble solids.

2、 Equipment composition
This equipment is composed of various effect heaters, various effect evaporation separators, condensers (mixed or surface type), various effect forced circulation pumps, various feed and liquid transfer pumps, vacuum pumps, condensate pumps, operating platforms, electrical instrument control cabinets, and pipeline valves within the boundary.

3、 Main features
1. The equipment is applicable to a wide range of material properties. It mainly aims at the materials that are easy to scale in the evaporation process, the materials that have crystal precipitation in the evaporation process, the materials whose viscosity increases with the increase of concentration, and the materials that have insoluble solids, etc;
2. During the evaporation process, the material is heated through forced circulation, and the flow speed in the pipe is fast, the heating is uniform, the heat transfer coefficient is high, and the dry wall phenomenon can be prevented.
3. The feed liquid is quickly heated by the heater through the forced circulation pump, and directly enters the evaporation separator tangentially from the top. The effect of vapor-liquid separation is good.
4. The material is concentrated by vacuum low temperature evaporation, coupled with continuous feeding and discharging, and the heating evaporation time is short, which is suitable for the heat-sensitive evaporation and concentration of food sauces (such as tomato paste, peach paste, apricot paste, carrot paste, apple paste, kiwi paste, etc.).
5. The equipment has compact structure, small floor area, smooth layout, convenient operation and stable performance.
6. The equipment can be equipped with an automatic system to realize automatic control of feed quantity, heating temperature and discharge concentration, as well as protection measures for sensitive materials in case of sudden power failure and failure, and other automatic operation and control of safety and alarm.
