1、 Scope of application
Single-effect or multiple-effect falling-film evaporator is suitable for low-temperature continuous evaporation and concentration in milk, glucose, starch, xylose, pharmaceutical, chemical, biological engineering, environmental protection engineering, waste liquid recovery and other industries. It has the main characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time of materials, so it is especially suitable for heat-sensitive, viscous, foaming and other materials.

Each effect heating evaporator, each effect separator, condenser, hot press pump, sterilizer, heat preservation pipe, vacuum system, each effect liquid delivery pump, condensate drainage pump, operation platform, electrical instrument control cabinet, valve, pipeline and other systems.

3、 Main features

1. The whole heating system of the equipment is characterized by high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time due to uniform steam heating and liquid film flow evaporation. If the hot-press pump is configured again, it has the advantages of energy saving and consumption reduction, low steam consumption and low cooling water circulation.

2. The material is accelerated to flow and evaporate under pressure downward along the inner wall of the pipe to adapt to the evaporation and concentration of the material liquid with high viscosity.

3. Because the material is evaporated in a film form in each tube, the heating time of the material liquid is very short, so it is particularly beneficial to the evaporation and concentration of food, and the nutrition of food is largely preserved.
