The pulse dust collector is when the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, and first touches the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the air inlet and outlet, the air flow will turn to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the air flow speed will slow down, and the coarse dust in the gas will directly flow into the ash hopper due to the inertia effect. It plays the role of pre-dust collection. The air flow into the ash hopper then turns upward and passes through the filter bag dust with metal skeleton inside and is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the cleaning room at the upper part of the filter bag room and is collected at the air outlet for discharge. During the process of purification of the dust containing gas through the filter bag, more and more dust is accumulated on the filter bag with the increase of time, which increases the resistance of the filter bag, resulting in the gradual reduction of the processing air volume and normal operation, To control the resistance within a certain range (140-170 mm water column), once the range is exceeded, the filter bag must be cleaned. When cleaning, the pulse control instrument will sequentially trigger the control valves to open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air bag will be sprayed into the corresponding filter bag through the Venturi tube through the holes of the blowing pipe. The filter bag will expand rapidly in an instant, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off, and the filter bag will return to its original state. The cleaned dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the body through the ash discharge system. Thus, the dust accumulated on the filter bag will be periodically pulsed to clean the dust, so that the purified gas can pass through normally and ensure the operation of the dust removal system.
