1. Forced circulation evaporation crystallizer
The forced circulation evaporation crystallizer uses the forced circulation process to evaporate and crystallize the materials. During the evaporation and crystallization process, the forced circulation pump is used to evaporate and crystallize the materials, which are heated or cooled, and then enter the crystallization chamber again. This is a slurry circulation type. It can be operated continuously or intermittently.
Forced circulation of evaporation crystallizer, its internal structure makes the crystal and clear liquid effectively and rapidly separated. The whole process is evaporation under vacuum conditions, with relatively low temperature, fast evaporation speed, low evaporation energy consumption and high evaporation concentration.
2. Continuous evaporation crystallizer
The continuous evaporation crystallizer can be designed as a single-effect or multi-effect evaporation unit according to the characteristics of materials and the size of evaporation. The crystallizer with unique design can meet the process requirements of continuous feeding and continuous discharging. All kinds of salt-containing waste water can be concentrated by evaporation crystallizer, and combined with our company's crystallization evaporator, the dissolved salt can be converted into solid crystal salt at one time.
3. DTB evaporation crystallizer
DTB crystallizer is a typical crystal slurry internal circulation crystallizer. An internal guide cylinder is set in the crystallizer to form a circulation channel, so that the crystal slurry has good mixing conditions. DTB crystallizer is equipped with agitator, guide cylinder and baffle, as well as supporting heat exchange device and fine crystal elimination device, which is suitable for processes with high requirements for salt particles, and the particle size distribution is uniform.
In order to improve the purging efficiency and reduce the purging cost, the steam system is usually purged by reducing pressure, but the steam consumption is still large, generally requiring 50% of the steam flow in the pipe under the rated load.
