Steam: raw steam flows into the first-effect heating chamber, and the secondary steam from it flows into the second-effect heating chamber as heating steam. The second-effect steam is cooled by the condenser.
Raw material solution: the raw material solution enters from the first effect, and then flows out from the second effect to obtain the finished solution.
The two-effect co-flow evaporation process is conducive to saving the consumption of heating steam, improving the utilization rate of raw steam, and improving its economic benefits. The pressure of the after-effect evaporation chamber is lower than that of the previous effect. Therefore, the pressure difference of the evaporator can be used for the transportation of solution between the effects, rather than the need for pump transportation, which is easy to operat
